About
Following a humanitarian career spanning 13 years in a wide-range of duty stations, Alex transitioned to humanitarian support and well-being. He is a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) practitioner for aid workers, a 650-hour Yoga Alliance–certified yoga teacher (ashtanga, hatha and yin), specializing in trauma-informed insight yin yoga, and a sound bowl meditation facilitator.
Alex is training as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and brings a deeply integrative approach to his work. Unlike traditional life coaching, his practice weaves together inner exploration and connection, and outward action—guiding you, through co-creation, to clarify what truly matters, reconnect with your core values and inner self, and uncover your own wisdom. Together, you’ll work across the four dimensions of holistic well-being to co-create a path that supports not just success, but wholeness—in your relationships, work, health, and sense of purpose
He also provides free advisory support, practitioner referrals, and guidance on wellness retreats, escapes, and destinations—including options in countries where humanitarians work, are posted, or reside. These may include healthy excursion spots, wellness centres, yoga venues, nutrition therapy providers, and more.
