Call For Abstracts - 2 More Weeks!
Dear friends and colleagues,
I am thrilled to share our first call for abstracts with you. Protect Humanitarians, in partnership with the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement MHPSS Hub, is co-organising the 2nd Research Carnival on MHPSS in Nairobi from 23–25 September 2026, with one thematic day dedicated fully to the protection of humanitarian workers.

Submission deadline: April 30th
We welcome submissions from diverse academic disciplines and professional backgrounds, including but not limited to psychology, healthcare, humanitarian practice, anthropology, sociology, cultural studies, social work, gender studies, and the arts.
We particularly encourage contributions from local and national researchers from countries confronted with violence against humanitarian workers.
We welcome individuals at all career stages - undergraduates, graduate students, early-career researchers, established academics, clinicians, activists, community leaders, and humanitarian practitioners. French submissions are also welcomed for the thematic day on protection.
