Facilitators Guide: Peer Support And Pfa Workshop

The following presents the facilitation guide of the “Peer Support and Psychological First Aid” workshop, which was delivered during the 21st edition of the Mediterranean Youth Camp Atlantis (2025). This camp, organized by the Centre for Cooperation in the Mediterranean (CCM), is an annual gathering for young people from the 26 National Societies of the Red Cross and Red Crescent in the Mediterranean basin. Its main objectives are to build capacity, facilitate the exchange of experiences, strengthen competencies, and inspire young people to act as agents of social change. Since 2022, one of the key topics addressed at the camp has been youth mental health, dedicating a full day to a workshop on peer support and Psychological First Aid (PFA).
