Joel-Christopher Bolombo

Joel-Christopher Bolombo is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in psychosocial support in humanitarian contexts. With a Master's in Psychotrauma and a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology, he brings extensive expertise in emergency mental health response and gender-based violence interventions. His professional focus includes psychosocial support for survivors of gender-based violence, emergency psychological care for populations affected by epidemics, conflict, and displacement, and psychosocial support for people living with HIV/AIDS. Joel-Christopher has collaborated with leading humanitarian organizations including Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), UNFPA, ACTED, CORDAID, and MAGNA across the Democratic Republic of Congo.
